Covering a total floor area of approx. 8,400 sq. ft., the site office and drivers dormitory is built on 5 levels with the site office entry from the G+2 floor level and the drivers dormitory entry from the G-2 floor level.
The site office will include the offices and meeting rooms of the maintenance/ facilities management company as well as the residential quarters of the property manager and other essential staff. The drivers dormitory will have bunk beds to accommodate atleast 30 drivers and other domestic staff accompanying residents of the villas and their guests.
The site office and drivers dormitory have been placed on the lower contour levels of the site (below the entrance gate) so that there is a clear segregation between the residents and their drivers and other staff. The flood-lit tennis court will be placed on the roof of the drivers dormitory (adjacent to the site office block); thus utilizing space in the best possible manner. Solar lighting and solar hot water distribution system will be used to provide electricity and hot water for the site office and drivers dormitory.
