The proposed development respects the site and its surroundings and has taken extra care to integrate the local landscape without involving much cutting and filling.
We have also focused on using local materials like stone, timber, slate and random rubble in the construction.
The rainwater harvesting system is an important and vital feature of the project. Rain water from the roof of each villa shall be connected through vertical rain water stacks to the external storm water network which comprises of six (6) 1 lakh litre rain water storage tanks (below the ground) which will further be connected to the rain water harvesting pits housed at various locations throughout the site.
A common sewage treatment plant is being provided for the entire development. Last but not the least, we are also provisioning environment friendly solar lighting system for external street lighting and solar hot water system for water distribution, where feasible.
