The Pavilion is located adjacent to the clubhouse and is the highest point of the proposed development. Pavilion is available for the exclusive use of all residents of the villas and their guests who wish to enjoy the excellent views of the upper Himalayan ranges especially the hills of Shimla, Chail and the beautiful Churdhar snow capped mountain peaks and the Kinnaur valley below.

The Pavilion will be lit up with exterior lighting during nighttime so that it is easily visible from of distance from the country roads leading to the project site.
