Siddarth Sharma is 45 years of age and is the Co-Founder of the Company. Siddarth has been instrumental in conceiving the project and has been actively involved in the acquisition of land and obtaining all requisite approvals for the project.

Siddarth is also the Managing Director of Chelsea Projects Pvt. Ltd. (“CPPL”) which he founded in August 2005. Siddarth was responsible for originating, analyzing, implementing, and managing all of CPPL’s real estate and principal investment activities. Prior to founding CPPL, Mr. Sharma spent over three (3) years as an Associate Director at Babson Capital Europe Limited in London and also at Babson Capital's Private Equity Group in the U.S., (a Fortune 100 company) where he focused on investing mezzanine and private equity in North American and European companies. Prior to joining Babson Capital, he spent over three (3) years with Summer Street Capital Partners, LLC, a leading U.S. private equity firm, where he was responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, and overseeing the performance of portfolio companies.

Siddarth holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester, New York and a Certificate of Management Studies from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
