Promoter license has been obtained from Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) recognising Woodside Developments Private Limited (WDPL) as a promoter for developing a colony under the scheme framed by HIMUDA in accordance with the Himachal Pradesh Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 2005 and the rules made there under;
Essentially Certificate has been issued by the Additional Chief Secretary (Housing), Govt. of H.P. to WDPL enabling it to purchase land for the project;
NOC’s have been obtained from the Fire Services Department, District Solan, H.P.; Public Works Department, H.P.; Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board; Forest Department, District Solan, H.P.; Town and Country Planning (TCP) Office, Solan, H.P. for the project;
The land for the project does not fall within the Kasauli Planning Area/ Additional Kasauli Planning Area and is not covered under the TCP Act and is not effected by the construction ban imposed by the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh;
Permission has been obtained under Section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972 (and the rules made there under) from the Revenue Department, Government of H.P.;
Land has been registered and mutated in the name of WDPL;
License/ approval has been obtained from HIMUDA for development of project; and
Certificate of registration of the ground water source (tube well) has been obtained from the Himachal Pradesh Ground Water Authority, Shimla.
